As soon as I walked past two of the employees they stopped talking and gave me their backs! I was hoping to make this another place to shop at for basics but seeing as the customer service is as horrid as the fabrics, I won't be returning. Yes they were white. You're working at J Crew FACTORY, not Chanel so get rid of those snobby attitudes. If they don't get fired, they'll be turning away more new customers. I recommend Nordstrom or Banana Republic because they have better quality clothing and better customer service, by far.
