- RARoberto AyalaDec 18, 20254.0The parking space is so narrow there it's a little difficult to move in and out. This location charges a Calibration fee of $40. I used to go to the Simi Valley location until they closed it down. There was no fee at the simi valley location.

- FFFrank FosterJun 7, 20191.0DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIFESAFER!!!!! My license was suspended! Due to this technician at Winnetka ( only one employee works and runs the shop) the technician is unprofessional, rude, abuses his power, and failed to do his job properly. I called customer service many times before, which when they said “I’ll put that in your notes “ you would think to trust. Do not !! Because of this companies lack of customer support, and communication between service center ( Winnetka location) and customer service itself! This technician NOT giving me the proper paperwork led to my suspension of my license make sure to get a DL 920 AND they must check a box which you have to take back to the DMV! This technician ,and his horrible attitude and even less than average customer service failed to provide ( which he then tries to say it’s my fault) When no such paper was presented to me when I left. Weeks later hello suspension which is permanent and now hello increased insurance. Thank you lifesafer interlock for you service technician who was either not trained properly, or even worse did it on purpose because he thought I was 4 hours late and in reality I want communication got messed up on their end. Which led to him being rude , nasty even saying “ you can either stand their and question me or pay” of course I paid I didn’t want my license suspended !! Oh wait it happened anyway!! I would have gladly paid the extra few bucks to go somewhere else just so I wouldn’t have to see this technician and deal with lifesafer Oh but yes, one must sign a full contract no month to month So please it sucks having to go through this because of ones mistake but having to deal with this guy and lifesafer dropping the ball big time There is no excuse Bad enough driving record thank you for adding to it. LIfesafer interlock Do not do business here Thank you
