  Cecilia was on her way out when I had my kids with me and she decided she wanted to tell my kid what to do multiple times instead of addressing the parent that is standing right there she felt the need to correct my daughter and make her feel uncomfortable when she was just being a kid she needs to learn not to bark orders at peoples kids I’m not one to start a problem especially not gonna cause an issue in the store or especially in front of my kids and make them feel more uncomfortable than she already made her feel but I will let this store and associates know Cecilia..this was rude and next time your faced with a situation involving kids do so with the parents unless you feel big talking down on kids, this is not a good look on vans I don’t think your representing vans very well ,the guys that where in there helped big time and I appreciated there patience.

  Best Van store we have ever shopped at. Customer service is amazing. Been her at different hours and still the same service.

  Management is awful. Went into the store to buy a couple of items. There was one employee at the front of the store (Adrian who i ended up finding out is the manager) and he didn’t say one word to me. I was waiting for someone to help me out for 10 minutes while he was on his phone laughing. After a different employee come out from the back of the store I got my shoes and proceeded to look at the clothes. Adrian made me leave my shoes on the counter because he said “too many people have stolen from our store doing that”. I felt so uncomfortable with the tone in his voice making me feel like I was being profiled. I ended up walking out of the store. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going back. Im goin to have my friends and family stop going to vans. My friend had a similar experience and left a 1 star review and somehow it “disappeared”.

  TERRIBLE. Never going back to this store. Adrian is a terrible manager who lacks all of the qualities that are required to be a good manager. He has inappropriate conversations in front of customers, he’s rude to his employees and his lack of attention to customers made me walk out of the store with nothing when I was looking forward to using my $500 dollar gift card I got for christmas. He also gave me a hard time when I tried to return something a few months ago. sorry not sorry vans

  I always find a great pair of shoes here and the staff is always really helpful.
