  Management is awful. Went into the store to buy a couple of items. There was one employee at the front of the store (Adrian who i ended up finding out is the manager) and he didn’t say one word to me. I was waiting for someone to help me out for 10 minutes while he was on his phone laughing. After a different employee come out from the back of the store I got my shoes and proceeded to look at the clothes. Adrian made me leave my shoes on the counter because he said “too many people have stolen from our store doing that”. I felt so uncomfortable with the tone in his voice making me feel like I was being profiled. I ended up walking out of the store. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going back. Im goin to have my friends and family stop going to vans. My friend had a similar experience and left a 1 star review and somehow it “disappeared”.

  TERRIBLE. Never going back to this store. Adrian is a terrible manager who lacks all of the qualities that are required to be a good manager. He has inappropriate conversations in front of customers, he’s rude to his employees and his lack of attention to customers made me walk out of the store with nothing when I was looking forward to using my $500 dollar gift card I got for christmas. He also gave me a hard time when I tried to return something a few months ago. sorry not sorry vans

  Very satisfied was actually going to tip the young lady that helped me out. But I dint see after I got my shoes. Well thank you very much for ur service. And I see no reason why not to go again, I will most defitnetly having them in mind for shoe selection. Even for the kidos
