- APAlex ParkerDec 14, 20251.0I ordered custom white mats for modern art pieces. What I received were yellow/off-white mats, which completely clash with modern artwork. This was clearly a mistake on their end. After I complained, they called me and told me to come back, saying I would only need to pay for the new mat paper and they would redo the work. I drove back to the store based on that promise — only to be told in person that I would actually need to pay the full price again. So I wasted time, gas, and effort driving back and forth for absolutely nothing, due to their internal miscommunication and refusal to stand by what they told me on the phone. No accountability, no ownership of their mistake, and very poor customer service for a “custom” framing department. If you care about accuracy, professionalism, or your time, go elsewhere.
