  Came in for an exchange with hesitation because I didn’t have my receipt, Matt was SUPER friendly and helpful made it into an easy exchange. I didn’t feel hurried thank you Matt for providing me your best costumer service I appreciate it.

  My boyfriend and I have been here twice in the past week and probably bought around 15 pair of shoes, both times we were helped out by Matt and he is super friendly and patient we had to do multiple transactions, use our coupons and he also let us know we had multiple 20$ vouchers on our vans account and he ultimately got us really great price during this christmas season! Interactions with him are super memorable because his customer service is really impressive! He just isnt scanning, checking out and taking your card, he takes his time to converse with you. He’s definitely an asset to Vans, happy we came here!

  We came the day the k pop demon hunter shoes dropped, when we got into the store Alyssa the store manager was such a great help, she had wonderful customer service &was just a awesome person all together, along with all the other staff. We also notice how the clothes and style was way better than other vans store had so that was a plus we also found out Alyssa matched the mannequins and wow did she do a great job ! Wonderful people & wonderful experience I walked out happy
