- DMDenise M.Apr 13, 20221.0I purchased glasses and brought it in to have what I thought was a quick fix. The Tiffany sunglasses were slipping off because one of the legs felt loose. I took it in, the guy said the pin was not put in correctly, but that he could fix it. I used them again and now the leg came off completely. I tried getting a replacement and the supervisor was rude and unwilling to help me. I asked for her superior's name and she refused to give it to me. According to her, her supervisor doesn't speak to customers. So she is the ultimate person customers can speak with? If so, she needs to learn how to provide better customer service.
