I bought an item that is a completely different color than it looked online, and because I have a disperse blue allergy, I need to return it. I drove to this Nordstrom rack store to make the return and was told that I need to drive to another Nordstrom that is about 20 miles away, in a direction that I don't have another reason to drive. The item said "sold by Nordstrom" while I was shopping, but yet it's not?? Nordstrom sucks and their customer service is no longer friendly or good,
