They could not get it delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The driver said they tried to deliver but there was no answer at the door. Total lie we have cameras all around the property no one attempted to deliver. I tried calling the store many times to see why it wasn’t delivered on time never got a response from the store. I left voicemails and an email. I had to call corporate for this to get resolved. The only thing the store manager was able to offer was a 50% discount on the same order and it would be delivered on the day after it needed to be! When recipient received the arrangement I was so upset with the order! Never ordering from this location again! If you are not good at customer service then don’t work a customer service job!

I actually had to drive down to the store to pick it up just so she could get it on her birthday before my shift ended. No apology, no money back for delivery fee, nothing. I'll never order from Edible Arrangements ever again in my life.
