The sales person said that I should go home and order it on line as they don't do that. What Tiffany's on earth doesn't do this...?
- MSM SUNNov 10, 20251.0Horrible customer Service at this store! I have been a long time customer to Tiffany, and I visit stores regularly to get my jewelry cleaned. At the Walnut Creek location, they told me two of my diamond rings BOTH had cracked diamonds and refused to clean them for me. It sounded ridiculous because diamonds are the hardest material to crack. What are the chances of having both rings cracked at the same time? They asked me to send my rings to NY for repairs of the cracked diamonds. It turned out both rings are completely fine with no cracked stones, resulting hundreds of dollars of charges on my account. It was such a waste of time (weeks of dealing with this with the store and NY office) due to the incompetence of the staff. It was my worst customer service experience!
