  If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The employees here are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Instead of focusing on their jobs and providing good customer service, they seem more interested in gossiping and making snide comments. I came in hoping for a pleasant shopping experience, but I was met with judgmental looks and whispers. As someone who takes her time choosing jewelry — because I want to find what truly suits me — I felt completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rather than being patient or offering help, the staff made side-eye contact and even talked about me right in front of me. It’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior from people who are supposed to represent the store. I came in ready to buy something special, but I left with nothing except frustration and disappointment.

  Customer service was horrible. The employee who helped me was extremely rude. I will be shopping online from now on.

  i was the only shopper in the store, yet i felt like i was interrupting the staff while they were playing with the jewelry? so much so that i told them they could finish with the other customer before me, only to be told that the assumed shopper was an employee. i was pushed towards the plated jewelry even though i was in the store for the solid gold. unfortunately none of the solid gold bracelets(i wanted a paperclip bracelet) were big enough for my wrist (they were all 7”, i need 7.5”). ultimately an underwhelming experience. i will stick to shopping online.
