  I have a really good selection here, I was just sad that they didn't have the new Ray-Bans that have the display. Otherwise the staff was super nice here and the selection was really really good. I have a beautiful showroom and I was happy to be able to demo the Ray-Ban meta glasses.

  I came to this location to return sunglasses and explained to, what I assume was the manager, that another store couldn’t process the return because the item wasn’t showing up in their system. I told her that I didn’t want to come all the way to this location because it’s far, which is why I tried to return the item elsewhere. Instead of acknowledging what I said, she responded in a rude tone and told me there were other nearby locations—completely ignoring the fact that the other store told me to return it to the original location where I purchased it. Even the employee next to her seemed shocked by her behavior. I was honestly caught off guard. I repeated again that the other store instructed me to come here. I’m giving an extra star just for the employee who actually helped me—he was kind and has helped me before as well. I don’t know if she was rude because I’m a Muslim woman wearing a hijab, but either way, her behavior was unnecessary. She could have shown some compassion instead of making unhelpful comments. At the end of the day, employees are there to help and work with customers.

  Amanda was amazing. She was so generous with her time and extremely helpful. This store is definitely the most attentive, professional and friendly of all the locations I’ve been to. I highly recommend you get your next pair here. Their ongoing deals are also wonderful.

  Wow, my story is very wild! I am a Sunglass hut store manager in another state, my friend and I went to this store to see the new stuff that she could get for gifts. The manager ( I knew her from meetings) and one was working and just two customers which were myself and my friend! We had some shopping in our hands and the minute we walked in ( literally the first step in) the employee said do you want to put your shopping bag on the counter! I was shocked 😳 I said no thanks, then the manager went and stayed at the door! We both are stylish and we were both wear designer clothes and glasses! I mean seriously, you can’t assume everyone walks in wanna steal from you 😂 I wish I could give zero star! We didn’t buy anything and walked out in 2 minutes

  I ordered glasses from Oakley online for my son’s birthday and they were shipped for pick up at the Walnut Creek store. Sunglass Hut is represented as being open when in fact they are closed down for remodel. The glasses were sent back to Oakley and are no longer available! This is ridiculous and frustrating....
