Otherwise the staff was super nice here and the selection was really really good. I have a beautiful showroom and I was happy to be able to demo the Ray-Ban meta glasses.
- MHMary HaroonDec 1, 20252.0I came to this location to return sunglasses and explained to, what I assume was the manager, that another store couldn’t process the return because the item wasn’t showing up in their system. I told her that I didn’t want to come all the way to this location because it’s far, which is why I tried to return the item elsewhere. Instead of acknowledging what I said, she responded in a rude tone and told me there were other nearby locations—completely ignoring the fact that the other store told me to return it to the original location where I purchased it. Even the employee next to her seemed shocked by her behavior. I was honestly caught off guard. I repeated again that the other store instructed me to come here. I’m giving an extra star just for the employee who actually helped me—he was kind and has helped me before as well. I don’t know if she was rude because I’m a Muslim woman wearing a hijab, but either way, her behavior was unnecessary. She could have shown some compassion instead of making unhelpful comments. At the end of the day, employees are there to help and work with customers.
