  I cannot say enough good things about Shane Co. I bought my wife's original ring and diamond from them 15 years ago, upgraded it at year 7, and surprised her with another beautiful upgrade last October for our 15th anniversary. Unfortunately, last week she called me crying her heart out—the entire diamond and crown had somehow fallen off her ring. We were absolutely devastated. I immediately called the store, bracing myself for a stressful process, but the manager on staff, Cynthia, completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly kind, immediately assured me that the lost diamond was fully covered under their warranty, and invited me to come into the store the very next day. When I arrived, another manager, Simon, took great care of me. He patiently and expertly assisted me in choosing a gorgeous new stone and setting for my wife to replace the lost one. To say their customer service is fantastic would be a massive understatement. I honestly never expected a lost stone to be covered under warranty, but Shane Co. truly stands behind their jewelry and goes above and beyond for their long-time customers. A huge thank you to Cynthia and Simon for turning a heartbreaking moment into such a seamless and positive experience. We are definitely customers for life!

  Quiero darle las gracias a Zaira por su paciencia durante todo este proceso. Mi anillo es algo muy importante para mí y fui muy indecisa, pero aun así siempre fui recibida con una sonrisa y con mucho cariño por parte de todos en la tienda No puedo expresar toda la gratitud que siento hacia ella, y sobre todo agradezco que me hayan atendido en español, lo cual aprecio aún más. Recomiendo Shane Co. para cualquier persona que necesite personal capacitado y que hable español.

  Absolutely AMAZING team that proves why Shane Co. is an old and trusted brand!! Caleb and Charan worked extensively to help me find a perfect diamond that was not available in-store. For months, they took the time to understand my needs and wants (and those of my partner!! So much respect for their consideration to him as well), maintain communication, work with the diamond buying team, and even coordinate with a different store location to make sure that we were 150% happy. Finding and buying the perfect diamond was an absolute joy with this team, and I will probably never go anywhere else for diamonds. Additionally, on a separate occasion, Nayely was an angel when working with my mother to upgrade her old Shane Co. ring! She was patient, compassionate, and extremely helpful (without being at all pushy) in guiding my mother through the process and clarifying what she wanted. Thank you SO much for your perceptiveness and empathy in working with all types of clients!

  Quiero compartir lo agradecida que estoy con mi experiencia en Shane Co. Caleb y Zaira hicieron la experiencia realmente muy especial para mí. Como una persona que apenas entiende inglés, muchas veces me siento nerviosa o perdida, pero ellos me hicieron sentir muy importante, escuchada y en confianza desde el primer momento. Fueron muy pacientes, amables y se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme todo con cariño. Gracias a ellos, encontrar lo que buscaba fue un momento muy bonito y significativo para mí. La tienda es hermosa y la calidad de la joyería es excelente. Recomiendo Shane Co. de todo corazón para cualquier ocasión especial.
