  I was looking to buy 2 Meta AI glasses for a Christmas present. I arrived as soon as they opened to avoid the crowd. The store was not busy at all at the time. I tried to get help from this sales associate (lady with a long and bleached hair) but the whole time I was there, I felt like I was interrupting her and her conversation with her coworker. I didn’t feel like she was willing to help, she was just constantly chatting with her co-worker the whole time while being in the computer. The way she’s responding to my questions were bare minimum. “Huh…?” “The price is right there,” “you can try it on,” “no we don’t,” “we don’t gift wrap so you gotta go elsewhere for that.” The whole interaction with her was very disappointing I ended up leaving and buying gifts from Nordstrom.

  I’ve got the worst service here! Feels like they doing you a favor when speaking with you. There are many places to buy Ray-Ban glasses - take your business somewhere else.

  I went to try the meta glasses and the guy there gave me a really good demo. Really cool concept and I hope they keep improving it. They have a lot of options for their glasses and sunglasses. I even saw Ferrari and Porsche stuff I think? All in all great experience.

  It feels like they don’t want to sell. Lots of staff floating around without purpose or not willing to talk to the options they have.

  I had an amazing experience at the Ray-Ban store in Walnut Creek! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel welcome. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different styles and lens options, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair that fit both my face and my personality. The associate went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase even helping with adjustments and cleaning tips. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and friendliness these days, but this team nailed it! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family. 👏 Keep up the amazing work, Ray-Ban Walnut Creek customer service like this deserves recognition!
