The sales associate, #957789, provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She was professional, respectful, and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we entered the store. Although we were dressed casually, she treated us with courtesy and without judgment. She was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions and explain the details thoroughly. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the experience very positive. I will definitely be returning for future purchases based on the level of service we received.

They didn’t honor a price match and now I am having a nightmare trying to return it because it’s designer. Should have bought these from the actual designer boutique instead of going through Nordstrom.
