Upon calling the store I was assisted by Amanda who answered all of my questions and was such a pleasure to work with. The process from drop off to delivery was seamless. Looking forward to my next Nordstrom experience!

That guy on the men’s perfume section looks like Russian accents, Very rude and bad service, always on your nerves and cause stress on the name of a help. Such a small men’s perfume counter but 6 people causing stress on customers. It’s been many months now I observed n ended up writing a review. No one knows this man but everyone knows the Nordstrom. It looks like some one hired him to bring the Nordstroms reputation bad if not overall than at-least on this branch. “My wife asked one perfume that was available at Macys, he said we don’t have, go to Macy’s if u like that.”
