  First let me say that the team at Davidson & Licht are the best of the best. My whole journey from the very first day I walked in to request an allocation to the day I picked up my DateJust has been an outstanding experience. I stopped in a couple times in between to let them know I was still very interested. I was lucky to meet Jake on every visit. That dude is an allstar. From day 1 he remained encouraging and helpful, even though I would walk out without a timepiece which as everyone knows can be frustrating. Jake never faltered in his positivity and encouragement. He would remind me although it takes some time he was going to do his best to make sure I received my allocation. Talk about a confidence booster. I even received a tour of their new facility on one of my visits compliments of Jake. So thank you team at Davidson and Licht, not for the timepiece but for always treating me with respect and encouragement on my Rolex purchasing journey.

  I had the opportunity to stop by Davidson & Licht twice, and both visits were outstanding. The first time was just to take a look, and Jake was incredibly patient and welcoming. He took the time to walk my group of friends and me through multiple Rolex models, explained the differences and functionality clearly, and even showed us several pre-owned options without any pressure at all. Jake made the experience so enjoyable and informative that I came back the very next day to purchase one of the pre-owned watches. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Wonderful store, wonderful service, and a team that clearly cares about their clients.   I had such a great experience at Davidson Licht Jewelers! August Daly helped me and he was awesome—super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He really knew his stuff and made the whole process simple and fun instead of stressful. I ended up buying a pair of Hearts On Fire earrings for my wife and she absolutely loves them. They sparkle like crazy and feel really special. The whole store had a welcoming vibe and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry and great customer service, definitely go see August.
