I parked in the parking garage and walked around the entire block but I was not able to find the store front. I called the store three times to get help but no one answered. I left without shopping. :(

I’ve been in retail for over 10 years and currently oversee multiple luxury businesses for a high end department store. I had requested a specific size given that I’m very well aware of my sizes and proportions. He proceeded to provide sizes he thought were better options while completely ignoring my requests. I decided to leave the establishment, but he made sure to make a very unpleasant remark. As my family and I walked out of the store, he said, “come back and see us whenever you have time and are more relaxed.” I proceeded to let him know that I know my proportions, but he completely ignored my requests. He laughed in my face and when I confronted him about it he was speechless and hid inside the fitting room. I’ve been in the retail industry for quite some time and have collaborated with world renowned tailoring brands such as Canali, Giorgio Armani, etc. I understand sales associates want to communicate their knowledge but being condescending and belittling customers will get you nowhere. I didn’t get the sales associates name but he’s a terrible representation of what good customer service should look like.
