  My African American son walked in the store to shop with his friends and the store manager Hailey told her employee to "watch them" my son notified me and I immediately called and asked her about this comment that of course she denied. What she didnt know was that my son was still in the store and watched her hang up the phone and laugh after disconnecting with me. Is this the type of store manager Alo wants representing them! A racist

  CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ON THE LOCATION! I attended the private event and the person who checked me in is one of the Manager (short grumpy lady) if you are going to welcome client at least smile. She made me feel uncomfortable and right there and then I lost my appetite to shop. Good thing Gabi and Jordan were super nice and accommodating! Never going back.

  Really bad customer service and inventory. I’ve gone a couple of times and each time I go the associates are very rude and unwelcoming. Giving snooty attitude, and not being helpful when I have questions. I asked if they had a different size pants online and one associate told me that they were sold out online and when I went to return the original size at the counter, they magically had them in stock. Going to the inventory, this store barely has any sizes. Each rack only has xs or smalls with occasional mediums or large. Also be aware of the stains on the clothes. Most of the clothes in the sales floor have stains on them. Disappointing for a store that charges so much.

  I went Xmas shopping with my son the store was not too busy and I felt like it was the worst customer service ever. No greeting just 3 girls glanced and continued standing. When we found items in two sections of the store and had questions for sizes and colors I had to ask for help when there was staff standing around. Overall our presence wasn’t acknowledged and we felt the unwelcome snooty attitude.
