I ordered yesterday evening and received a voicemail informing me that the store was closed. The gentleman who called was polite and explained the situation while taking responsibility for the misunderstanding regarding your operating hours. I appreciated his effort, especially since this order was intended as a birthday surprise. However, when I called back this morning to check on the status of my order, I encountered a different experience. The individual who answered the phone was quite abrupt and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for merely inquiring about my order. I understand that it can be a busy time, but a little empathy and courtesy in customer service would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction. Despite my frustration, I chose to continue with the order due to its time sensitivity. However, I felt the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I hope you can take this feedback into account and work towards enhancing the level of customer service at your location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was inside for a waiting to be attended for a good 10 minutes trying to make sure that someone is coming out to attend to their customers . There was none! I keep calling, but no one came out. So what I did was, I tried to call their phone and I told the lady that I was inside their store waiting for someone to attend to me. Today was supposed to be a special day for a young girl. She was supposed to be surprised for her birthday and guess what..THEY SCREWED UP!
