  Ive noticed as an employee of the mall that the employees (specifically management) treat their staff and a lot of customers very poorly such as mocking them, belittling them and flat out being disrespectful to the employees and customers specifically a woman named Daniel, even when i walked in on my break to shop around she greeted me very snarkily and i noticed her and a coworker (forgive me if im wrong) Lindsay pointing and laughing when they noticed me looking they quickly got back to work and then ignored me when i tried asking any questions literally walking away from Me when i approached them there was a great employee Kayaan (sorry if misspelt) who helped me out and apologized on their behalf but i also noticed them practically yelling at a poor girl who looked like she just started and was asking questions on how to do her job which as an employee of the mall you are supposed to train your employees not belittle the for asking questions, there is much more I’ve noticed as i walked in a 2nd time today and the same behavior was displayed from the lady daniel. If possible would love to get into contact with HR or someone to talk about my grievances
