  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an Edible Arrangements Store. I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery. Even paid $21.98 for same day delivery. Mind you the order was placed at around 3pm . At around 5pm I received a call from them stating the delivery driver has gone home for the day and it would be delivered at 11:00AM the next day. I was told the delivery fee that I had paid would be refunded. The next day at 11:10AM I received a call from Edible Arrangements saying the person the order was for was not answering their phone. I advised they were there and waiting. I was then advised it would be delivered by 11:30AM. I was then advised only $11 of the delivery fee would be refunded and I had to wait and call back Monday morning to speak to a Supervisor about the rest of my refund, even though it clearly states orders over $79 before taxes were free delivery. My order was $123 before taxes. Not to mention the order wasn’t delivered until well after 1pm due to them stating they use a third party delivery service and not a delivery person from the store as I was advised the day before. Too bad there’s not a way to take my tip back because they DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TIPPED NOT ONE PENNY!

  The customer service is WONDERFUL and there is such great quality to their products. I highly recommend getting gifts for your loved ones here for holidays, special occassions, or just because. There is a large variety to choose from!

  Really cute place with very nice staff. I love the options and beautiful arrangements. Anything from fruit flowers to chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake! Highly recommended.
