  I went in to return a pair of glasses I change my mind on. However I was met with, where did you get them and as soon as I told the lady behind the counter Barstow she said “these are scratched Barstow does this all the time.” I was shocked at her comment since I’ve never wore them and I wouldn’t of bought them had they been scratched she gave me a snarky comment “did you even look at them?” I was in disbelief because I never took them out of their case. I explained they’ve never been used and their not scratched, she had her co worker who over heard the conservation and said check them out and Maria her co worker barely glanced and agreed with Wanda. I asked to speak with a manager and they were giving me the run around and wouldn’t disclose who it was or if I can talk to someone else because they were obviously never worn. It’s not so much about the return but about honoring the returns like the receipt says and if it’s from a different store I don’t think those comments were warranted. It’s the Sun glass hut company and the reciept at the bottom says “easy returns sometimes things don’t work out and we totally understand.” However in this instance the Victorville mall store didn’t want to return or honor what was in the receipt. I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed it’s the same brand company I don’t get why there’s an issue with a customer looking to return a product that didn’t work out. It’s deceptive and inconsistent. Below I have attached the receipt and the glasses for reference.

  The ladies at this location were extremely patient n nice n very helpful. I got great deal on two pair of glasses. I appreciate when they not pushy.
