  Natasha and Sehati were so kind and considerate in helping me go through my mother‘s estate jewelry. Their expertise was greatly appreciated. Natasha had me take a picture at each stage of the sorting process and before any items were taken to the back to be weighed. I felt confident at all times that I was in good hands and was given a good purchase value for my items.

  Literally the best jewelry store in Ventura ! Top notch selection and service. Besides a gorgeous store they had a large selection of jewelry, diamonds and handbags. I purchased an amazing Louis Vuitton handbag in excellent condition the staff and owners made me feel like family ! So friendly. I also purchased a beautiful diamond necklace from the brand Gabrielle & Co. I highly recommend them for quality selection and service ! Thank you, Sehati family for a wonderful experience.

  Jewelry, can be painfully emotional to say goodbye to. From the moment I begrudgingly walked through the doors at Jewelry Couture I felt my anxiety of parting with a few family keepsakes soften. I say begrudgingly because I really didn't want to part with my personal items. However, Natasha listened with a kind heart and helped me navigate the process of selling my gold and silver jewelry to Jewelry Couture. Natasha introduced me to a wonderful Jeweler, Sha. Sha further assisted with his expertise and put my anxiety to a minimum. During our conversations, I shared with Sha and Natasha why I chose their store for my transaction. Not only were they listed with a strong online presence, but I knew there was another reason and I just couldn't recall it at that moment. By the time my transaction was concluded, I felt like I had made new friends and found a business I could happily recommend for ALL your Jewelry needs. When I got into my car after my experience, it hit me. The other reason I went to Jewelry Couture, is their radio advertising on 100.7 KHAY. I mostly listen to KHAY and have heard their commercials multiple times. Keeping my business local with those who advertise local, helps ensure our communities continue to thrive.
