From the moment I begrudgingly walked through the doors at Jewelry Couture I felt my anxiety of parting with a few family keepsakes soften. I say begrudgingly because I really didn't want to part with my personal items. However, Natasha listened with a kind heart and helped me navigate the process of selling my gold and silver jewelry to Jewelry Couture. Natasha introduced me to a wonderful Jeweler, Sha. Sha further assisted with his expertise and put my anxiety to a minimum. During our conversations, I shared with Sha and Natasha why I chose their store for my transaction. Not only were they listed with a strong online presence, but I knew there was another reason and I just couldn't recall it at that moment. By the time my transaction was concluded, I felt like I had made new friends and found a business I could happily recommend for ALL your Jewelry needs. When I got into my car after my experience, it hit me. The other reason I went to Jewelry Couture, is their radio advertising on 100.7 KHAY. I mostly listen to KHAY and have heard their commercials multiple times. Keeping my business local with those who advertise local, helps ensure our communities continue to thrive. A very heartfelt thank you to Natasha, Sha, and Jess for making my frown turn upside down.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the purses and wallets are authenticated pre-loved Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, YSL, and many other brands which are very expensive to purchase brand new. How often do you find a business who will offer what every woman wants at a price that every woman can afford? I love these purses and wallets, and I love this store!
