  10/10 Service I recently had the pleasure of visiting Madewell and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. Let me begin by stating that I'm not someone who usually buys new clothing, and it's typically quite challenging for me to find the right pieces that align with my values and style. However, my recent visit to Madewell was a game-changer, thanks in large part to the exceptional assistance I received from an employee named Mike. Mike made my shopping experience at Madewell truly unforgettable. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Mike patiently guided me through the store and helped me explore the various options available, including Madewell's fantastic range of sustainable and eco-conscious pieces. What stood out the most during my interaction with Mike was his genuine dedication to assisting me. He took the time to understand my unique preferences, and he went above and beyond to provide me with a wide array of sustainable clothing options. His product knowledge was impressive, and he took the time to explain the features and benefits of different items, as well as their sustainability initiatives. I greatly appreciated Mike's willingness to educate me on the materials, sourcing, and production processes behind Madewell's sustainable clothing line. It's rare to encounter such a well-informed and helpful employee in the retail industry. Madewell and employees like Mike have won me over, and I will undoubtedly return for more shopping in the future.   This store and the team they have is setting the standard for service when it comes to men's retail. I visited during opening week and had great service. I returned about a month later and Ethan not only remembered me, but suggested something to me he thought I would like based on my last visit. The real wow moment was him recommending something they didn't have in store and him seamlessly setting the order up to deliver straight to me. Thanks to this service I've made it a priority to skip the site and shop in store. So stoked to have a Madewell Men's in LA, and even more pumped to see you have found such amazing talent. Also shoutout to Ashley who helped as well and has such an amazing spirit and positive energy!
