  Had a lovely experience at the Venice store today, contrary to some reviews about rude behavior. Jackie greeted me warmly & was a patient & vey helpful professional who made great suggestions for a young girl’s gift. Also took the time to fuss with the gift wrapping, which is beautiful. She’s a great asset to the brand.

  Rude young female skinny Asian employee with long hair. Has a snobby attitude. Acts annoyed and inconvenienced that I was browsing and actually did still end up purchasing an item despite her negative energy just putting me off, disgusting. I walked in excited to see pretty jewelry and walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. It’s beyond RBF. She rolls her eyes and gives side eye stares and answers questions like she has better things to do with her time. Just a miserable person. Worst experience at a retail store. Put her in the back doing data entry or something internal, not in a front customer facing position. It’s obvious she hates her job and will take it out passive aggressively at customers. Never met such an unpleasant personality who’d treat strangers with so little common decency.

  Jewelry tarnishes within 3 weeks. Now looks scratched up like a Clair’s ring but 10x the price.

  I had the worst experience at this store due to the customer service. The young woman working there (who I believe was of Asian descent) was extremely cold and unwelcoming. No greeting, no smile, just a very rude and impatient vibe. It honestly felt like she was just trying to rush me out of the store with no regard for basic courtesy. I've been to the Manhattan Beach location before, and the staff there is always friendly and professional--this location could definitely benefit from some training or just hiring someone with a better work ethic and energy. Despite the awful service, I still made some purchases because I live in Venice and I didn't want to drive elsewhere, but the girl's attitude was so bad that I felt compelled to leave this review. I hope management takes note and improves their customer service

  Very pretty store and kind employees but the jewelry is terrible quality for the price point. This happened to me after only wearing their rings for about a month. Was very disappointed because I hoped these would be better quality!
