  Recently, I ordered a basket to be delivered to a place of employment. It was supposed to be a surprise. However, by the end of the following business day, I had to check in with my friend see whether or not it was received. She reported that she did not receive anything, I contacted the main office; they not receive anything either. The first day I complained about it to a customer service representative named Antonio. He was exceptionally rude. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the package was delivered and he couldn’t. be responsible for how the gift was delivered to the school. He told me to call the manager the following day. That was on a Tuesday. The package was supposed to arrive to her on Monday. By Saturday morning, I had not yet heard from the owner of the store, who claimed that he would have to speak to the driver to see what happened. On this day, he then explained to me that we were at an impasse because his driver confirmed the delivery. Mind you, my friend still does not have her basket, the office manager, whom I just happen to know, confirmed no one made a delivery that day, and I am out $61. The owner was very short with me, and the thing that literally shocked me was the fact that he was willing to verbally square off with me over $61 as a business owner. He cut me off each time I spoke, and as I had to escalate my tone, he matched it. I have been a customer of Edible Arrangements for the past 8 to 10 years; for some reason, he found it necessary to explain to me that he owned two stores and had been in the business for 25 years. Shocking. Any other time I have experienced an issue with an order at other Edible Arrangement locations, their first point of interest was to fix the issue, making sure the customer was satisfied with the service. That is what guarantees their return to your store. His compromise was for me, a working, professional, to take time out of my schedule to go and physically pick up the order, or have my friend, who lives out out of the area, to pick it up herself. What was supposed to be a surprise and a nice gesture turned into a complete nightmare. I am still out of $61 bucks. All franchises answer to corporate offices. They will be hearing from me shortly. I will never shop here again. The owner was rude, disrespectful, and unfeeling. If you’re hurting that much for $61, it is no wonder that your store has a 3- star rating. if you must order from an edible arrangements to store in the future, my suggestion is to search around for another one. It will give you more peace of mind that business was conducted efficiently, honestly, and accurately. This is not over. I would provide a photo if I actually had a product to show.

  Cero estrellas! Ordene un arreglo para accion de gracias, lo pedi que lo enviaran a casa porque yo estaria ocupada, llego la persona de entrega no me encontro en casa y se lo llevo de regreso, le llame Le envie mensaje de texto y nunca obtuve ningun respuesta, al siguiente dia llega a entregarlo cuando ya habia pasado la celebracion, y despues de haberlo tenido fuera del refri por varias horas el dia anterior, segun sus political no dejan el arreglo afuera si uno no les dice pero yo no lo sabia, tampoco sabia la hora approximate que ellos llegarian. Tan simple que es avisarle a los clientes esas political y el horario approximado cuando van en camino. Ahora dicen que el inepto del Manejador no me rambolsara mis 75 dolares. Disaster de tienda y de empleados. Bisque otras alternativas.

  I ordered chocolate strawberries for my son and his wife's anniversary. I've been trying to track the order and it was saying it was one stop away for almost 2 hours. I called the store they were very unprofessional. I called repeatedly and they kept putting me on hold without returning to the line. I finally got someone to answer and he was very unprofessional he said that my order had to be reshipped. I asked for a supervisor or manager he said there was no one on site. This was the Van Nuys store. They said the owner's name was Mike and that he knew of the situation I am Very very unhappy with the service I received. It says track your order that does not work!

  I unfortunately I did not get his name but the cashier yesterday 10/08 was amazing so sweet kind and incredibly helpful! I’m definitely going back for more treats at this location only ! Amazing customer service experience.
