There was a coat I really wanted but I left without it. The salesperson, Victoria, was very considerate as well as helpful, and suggested she could hold it while I thought about the purchase. By the time I got home 2 hours away I regretted not buying it. I called her and she made my additional purchase easy. She packed the shipment really well and I received it quickly! Victoria went to the extra afford to make sure I was happy with my purchases. It's not to often sales staff goes to those lengths to deliver excellent customer service these days. I'm a new loyal customer thanks to Victoria!
