  I love this store not only because of the bag also the sales associates are super friendly and helpful. MJ outlet bags are cuter, more functional and affordable price than full price MJ. They do have some retail MJ bag for an amazing price too. Vacaville MJ is a hidden gem!! A must to visit!

  I just had to leave a review. I believe the salesperson’s name was Jennifer, and the store manager was Fernando. From the moment I walked into the store, it was a 10/10 experience. I was greeted right away and helped throughout my entire transaction. I had my two small children with me, and Jennifer was incredibly patient and kind—she even interacted with them, despite my 2-year-old being a little rowdy. It’s the small things that go a long way, and that truly meant a lot to me. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service all around. I will definitely be returning and recommending this store to others.

  The worst shopping experience ever I recently had a disappointing experience with Marc Jacobs in Vacaville, CA. I purchased a crossbody bag as a gift, but encountered multiple issues with the delivery. Despite providing clear instructions, the item was sent to the wrong addresses twice. It's frustrating and has left me without the gift or a refund. They barely deserve a star!
