I haven’t been to express in quite some time and I wanted to go there to get some business attire. From the moment I walked in the customer service was so amazing. They were not pushy. They were very helpful. No one has ever asked to start a dressing room for me that way I don’t have to carry around all the clothes, they were very helpful in telling me about the different styles of clothing as well as different pricing on the items in the store since this is a factory outlet even when checking out, they offered to package my clothing accordingly so it doesn’t get wrinkled. This is the best customer service I have gotten in a while at any place I’ve ever been to, to be quite honest, and I will be coming back for sure because I love what this place has to offer as far as clothing, but I think it really is the customer service that really will have me coming back as well!

I was pleasantly surprised by the associate, Maria that greeted me as I walked in. Right away I noticed the modern options of jeans. The other associate was also helpful and friendly. I did some serious damage to my wallet but it was worth it. I will definitely return. Maria is a gem and was on top of everything from what I can see. Greeting everyone that walked in and left all while working with a smile. I worked in customer service for over twenty years and was pleasantly surprised with her service.
