She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!

- JCJulian CNov 24, 20252.0I made a stop while I had some free time on a business trip and was disappointed in the customer service. I walked in and was greeted with a hello by two associates. One was sitting in a chair on the phone and the other behind the register. Neither made an effort to try to make a sale or let me know what was on special or be helpful. I asked where I could find vests and all I got was a finger point and told they're over there. I was going to take my time and buy a few outfits but I decided I'd take my business elsewhere or to my local DXL where the employees are wonderful. Shout out to DXL Sacramento on Arden way, they know how to treat customers!
