  Epic fail. Hadn’t shopped at CK outlet in many years. I forgot they had incredible sales. Went Saturday, asked for a price check on some sports bras and leggings. They were more than advertised. I guess they were on the wrong wrack. No big deal I said no thank you and moved on. Went back today Friday 7 days later and same sale same leggings and sports bras on the same wrack. Asked for a price check and they were on the wrong wrack again. I mentioned it to clerk. Same woman that helped me Saturday. She said she’d honor the price. She rang it up and I told her the math wasn’t mathing. She insisted that it was. I have the receipts to prove she lied. Let me educate you, you don’t have a choice but to honor it. It’s the law. I let it pass a week ago and you misplaced them a second time and lie to me at check out. I hope the $14.90 were worth the 1 star review. I’ll see you on Yelp. And corporate will see my email. Happy New Year!

  Caleb was A-1 (Customer Service above and beyond) even though it was 6pm on Black Friday (the shopping center was packed out) he was kind, patient, courteous and professional. Thanks 🙏
