  We had a very disappointing experience at American Eagle Outfitters at Vacaville outlets, mainly due to the store manager’s behavior. The manager was extremely rude, especially considering the situation involved kids. The children were not causing any harm, they were just playing while their parents were shopping, yet the manager chose to yell at them loudly and rudely, without any polite or professional first approach. She could have come to us directly instead of creating a scene. Instead of handling it professionally, she responded with a lot of attitude and continued to be disrespectful. This is a customer service driven business and it’s shocking that someone who speaks to customers this way is in a management position at such a well-known and reputable brand. She clearly does not know how to communicate respectfully or professionally. This experience left a very bad impression and it made shopping there uncomfortable. I expect much better from a store like American Eagle.
