I'm 6'6" and 390 lbs and needed dress outfit for a wedding.Iwas looking for someone dress pants, nice button shirt and a nice casual jacket. I was there about 25 minutes and Marcus the Cerk running the store had me squared away. Very happy with the great service. Will be returning in the future.

She ask what color I like and helped me bring my vision to light. All I can say is give her a raise because her customer service style is amazing!

One was sitting in a chair on the phone and the other behind the register. Neither made an effort to try to make a sale or let me know what was on special or be helpful. I asked where I could find vests and all I got was a finger point and told they're over there. I was going to take my time and buy a few outfits but I decided I'd take my business elsewhere or to my local DXL where the employees are wonderful. Shout out to DXL Sacramento on Arden way, they know how to treat customers!
