  Epic fail. Hadn’t shopped at CK outlet in many years. I forgot they had incredible sales. Went Saturday, asked for a price check on some sports bras and leggings. They were more than advertised. I guess they were on the wrong wrack. No big deal I said no thank you and moved on. Went back today Friday 7 days later and same sale same leggings and sports bras on the same wrack. Asked for a price check and they were on the wrong wrack again. I mentioned it to clerk. Same woman that helped me Saturday. She said she’d honor the price. She rang it up and I told her the math wasn’t mathing. She insisted that it was. I have the receipts to prove she lied. Let me educate you, you don’t have a choice but to honor it. It’s the law. I let it pass a week ago and you misplaced them a second time and lie to me at check out. I hope the $14.90 were worth the 1 star review. I’ll see you on Yelp. And corporate will see my email. Happy New Year!

  Caleb was A-1 (Customer Service above and beyond) even though it was 6pm on Black Friday (the shopping center was packed out) he was kind, patient, courteous and professional. Thanks 🙏

  This is hands down one of the best CK stores I’ve visited, including both CK and CK Outlet locations. The store offers an excellent selection of products and is always well-organized and spotless. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to assist, always with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. While I don’t know everyone’s name, I want to give a special shout-out to Sully (I hope I spelled that right). He’s easy to spot—tall, always welcoming customers, and offering exceptional service. He’s helped me countless times, even when I’m short on time, by quickly understanding what I’m looking for and providing fantastic recommendations. Keep up the amazing work!
