  I have been coming to Lane Bryant since I was a child with my own mother & now come with my daughter's but will not be coming to this location in Tustin any longer as we were very much racial profiled ( I'm Hispanic & my daughers are half African American) and felt very uncomfortable. As we walked in the mgr was at the register directly facing door and was not helping any customers & my daugher had to greet her & we got a smirk back & had to ask if we could have my daughter sized. We recieved a very not wanting to do her job sizing given 1 bra & never asked if we need assistance until after I was trying to find bras for my daughter several times & them just watching us. Finally after being there over 30 min & was about to leave to a different location, an employee came from back ( Amanda) & greeted us with such care & assisted and answered any questions & finding her perfect size. Need to have Amanda train all the employees to have the same customer service like her & treat EVERYONE regardless of skin color & appearance or dont have a job helping people.   I went in Lane Bryant‘s tonight like I always go in there before I go on my missionary trips because I am a pastor of a mega church out here in Irvine and I went in there to go get me a few outfits like I always do with the ladies, so there was these two ladies tonight, which is March 13, 2026 at 7:30 PM. I have never been felt so uncomfortable in Lane Bryant in my life. I have been going there for years and I haven’t spent thousands in there at one time I spent almost $3000 buying clothes, but I was stereotype like I was getting ready to steal and that was ridiculous. Just because my skin is a different color than other people and that’s what it felt like they thought I was gonna steal. I don’t steal nothing from nobody. I have money I work every day like everybody honest living and I came to my favorite store to give me some outfits to go to New Mexico and I feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back to Lane Bryant ever again the ladies that know me in there usually work in the mornings and I really don’t never really go at night so but they shouldn’t stereotype people that are coming there to get them a few items for a trip and anybody that knows me knows I go on a missionary trip to New Mexico every year and whoever sees this they’ll know exactly who I am but this was very unacceptable and I will never go to this Lane Bryant again over here in Irvine. They are so racist at night. Well Tustin well, I guess this is tustin over here that was so racist and so stereotyping I have never felt so violated in my life.

  I had a wonderful experience at Lane Bryant today, and Penny and Ginger truly made it stand out. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. Their guidance and friendly energy made the process feel comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s not often you come across customer service that feels this thoughtful. So grateful for their help today!
