I had a pickup order that they were unable to locate but he was able to assist in finding me another one, and was great throughout all! We ended up buying shoes because of his great service. Moving forward I will go into this location and purchase versus online all because of his great customer service!! Thank you again, my son and daughter left happy. He even offered stickers to my daughter which she was so happy about. Overall amazing customer service from him! He is a great asset to your customer service team!!

- ACAnthony CastilloAug 30, 20251.0I usually love Vans my local store always treats me like family and lets me actually check out the skate gear. The Tustin location was the complete opposite. I went in to look at wheels in the clearance cabinet, asked if I could see more since the cabinet was crammed, and was told no. The one set of wheels I could see, I said whatever, just give me those. Then the employee wouldn’t even let me carry them to the register myself he had to take them up like I wasn’t trusted to hold clearance wheels. What kind of store is that, “pay before you can even see your stuff”? To make things worse, when he rang them up, they weren’t even on clearance full price. And my receipt said a female associate helped me, even though she never did. How are you not gonna trust me with clearance product, but then use somebody else’s name and login at the register? I’ve worked retail/fast food before you’re supposed to use your own register login because it tracks your drawer and your sales. That’s unprofessional and feels shady. Overall, I felt untrusted, unwelcome, and now I seriously question how this store is being run.
