PLS DON'T BUY FROM THIS GUY/STORE!!! READ ALL THE YELP & GOOGLE REVIEWS!
This store sells lab grown diamonds as natural diamonds and from other reviews, they cheat on the gold merchandise mislabeling the 10k for 14k, etc.
I bought what I thought was a natural diamond ring, the sales person Anthony even offered to test it in front of me to confirm it was a real diamond...Omid pull a diamond tester and the green light turned on, according to him confirming it was a diamond.
I wanted to insure it and it needed an appraisal. When I went for the appraisal, I was told it was a lab diamond!!!
I sent it to GIA to get a report, incurred cost of almost $200 and it turned out it was CVD lab diamond. I attempted to return it with Omid, but he refused! He said there are NO REFUNDS. He offered to exchange it for a natural diamond, at that point I don't trust them, I don't want anything from this jewelry store. He refused to take it back and give me a refund...
I told him I would dispute it with the credit card and he said, go ahead, the receipt says "diamond" it doesn't say lab or natural diamond! He is deceiving people and intentionally selling items that are not as described.
I am stuck with an overpriced lab CVD diamond (we paid $5500). I have submitted multiple complains to various agencies and with one of the credit cards we paid with and I hope that they can help me return the item and get a refund.
Update. Credit card refunded the money and he agreed to finally refund the $5500. But only I filed multiple complaints with the Orange county and credit card company.

I’ve waited a couple months after my interactions with concierge diamonds to post this. But I'm still dealing with problems from my engagement ring purchase 19 months later. Just 11 months after my now husband bought my engagement ring, the diamond fell out. I rarely wear jewelry and had barely worn it, so I was shocked this happened so quickly—I wasn't even married yet.
When I contacted their team, the woman who picked up the phone suggested securing it with a wire wrap if I didn’t want it to fall out again. However, when I spoke with the owner Anthony, he contradicted this advice, saying a wire wrap would ruin the design and I should just "be very careful." This confused me since I had already been extremely careful with the most expensive item I own. They did fix it free of charge initially.
Six months later, the prongs became uneven again, and I feared the diamond would fall out. I brought it in and specifically requested not to work with Anthony, as he had previously accused me of "berating his staff into agreeing to a wire wrap"—despite the fact that I didn't even know what a wire wrap was until their own team suggested it.
After weeks of unreturned calls and being told the team was "too busy," I finally spoke with Aubrey (who was helpful). We discussed options to secure the ring. However, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get a quote. Then Anthony told me they'd already sent it to the jeweler because I was "rushing them"—even though I'd never approved the work or the price.
Other jewelers I consulted were shocked at how I was treated and how they handled the ring. I don't recommend using concierge diamonds, especially if you're not knowledgeable about jewelry. I am very shocked at their 5 star rating and am assuming the owner will continue to be rude to me after this rating.

I hate being so negative, but just wanted to throw a buyer beware up, as a precaution, for other people.
Purchased a ring, for $6K. Handed over an old ring, for an in-house jeweler to price out whether it could be changed, or not.
Without any permission whatsoever, they dismantled my ring, and resized it. I was told, it was approved by the lady who sold me the $6K ring (she later denied that, when confronted about it).
I informed them, I wanted my ring back right away. They then resized my ring once again, and reinstalled the diamonds they had removed.
So today I went, to pick it up. Being asked to sign a waiver, that the ring is in perfect order. Told them I'd have another jeweler approve of it first.
Now having a bad taste in my mouth, from this experience, I returned the $6K ring. As they processed the return, I received a notice on my phone, that I was just charged another $6K. I notified the staff, who said I was wrong. Then I logged into my banking app, which also showed a new $6K purchase was made. I showed them, and they still denied, and said they'd only processed a refund.
They did give me a slip, with the word refund on it.
But I had this nagging feeling....
Now, roughly 12 hours later, I just called my bank, who indeed verified, they'd processed another $6K purchase.
Now I'm out $12K, and have no ring. Of course, the bank started a dispute right away.
But this is not only crazy; it's outrageous! Would I ever consider going to Tustin Diamond again? Well, besides to discuss the theft of my twelve grand? - Nope. Never.
So just keep this story in mind, if you're considering this place.
Hopefully the other jeweler clears the ring they dismantled and distorted. We'll see.....!

This was the absolute worst experience of mine and my fiancé‘s lives, in the way that you handled our engagement ring, and the treatment of us after you damaged it.
We worked with you for a year to source and find the right sapphire for the ring; we even purchased a lab Diamond from you separately.
When my fiancé proposed, the ring was slightly large and we brought it to get resized. Your team made it two sizes too large instead of sizing it down. We then left the ring with you again for an entire week to be resized yet again, and when I went to pick it up, there were two huge gashes on the sapphire itself.
Your salesperson tried to give me back the ring as if nothing had happened, while the owner was standing in the corner, watching this all go down. He never came forward to explain anything until I finally asked for 20 minutes to speak with the owner. It was only then that your team finally said that you received a call 24 hours earlier that the sapphire had been damaged. But you never thought to let either of us know. You still tried to get me to take the ring, despite your damaging it.
Your jeweler even came over and said “it is what it is”.
You were rude, classless, never apologized, and the only thing that I can say is that after a few hours of back-and-forth, as well as trying to scam us, we finally got a check back from you for the original cost.
Very happy to say that I’ve been able to go very public with what you have done, and I hope that people think twice before they consider using you for any large life moment.
I am attaching both the ring as it was bought, and the ring with the two cracks in it.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m still upset about 1 year after my experience with this jeweler.
My fiancé bought my Old European 3 carat engagement ring, diamond earrings, and diamond vintage necklace here.
After wearing my necklace for few months the clasp became loose from normal wear. It was on a delicate vintage chain with a unique chain pattern which I loved. It was very special to me, it’s something I touched everyday because I wore it everyday.
So I dropped my necklace off with all the confidence for repair. No reason to doubt they had been fabricate good so far.
After several days I picked it up and went home……. but something was wrong. The necklace felt wrong between my fingers and it was a slightly different length. So I began to look at photos of the necklace before repair and after the repair and to my surprise I suddenly realize they had swapped out the chain which I could verify with photos.
So I went back and told them this and they said they couldn’t find the original chain and didn’t know what happened. And the best they could offer was to provide me a standard replacement chain.
It was thicker, not vintage, and slightly shorter necklace definitely not unique like my original one. And the new chain causes it the pendant to twirl around because of the slightly different length.
To this day it bothers me because the original necklace was a hand picked gift with a cherished memory that looked and felt different and now I have this necklace. It still upsets me. What jeweler swaps out a chain, doesn’t say anything and then can’t find the original one?
Still haven’t forgotten…..,,
