  It’s not too hard to accommodate a customer that can’t get service at your shop. There is no reason to be rude to them.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this sunglasses store. I asked a basic question about their store policy, and the sales rep not only gave me incorrect information but also acted like I was the problem for even asking. When I politely suggested they check with the manager to confirm, the rep got visibly annoyed and refused—like asking for clarification was beneath them. The arrogance and lack of basic customer service were shocking. It’s one thing to not know the store policies; it’s another to be rude and dismissive instead of simply asking a colleague for help.If management reads these reviews, I hope they train their staff better—both in product knowledge and basic courtesy.

  I called to ask about a generic hinge repair and the employee was actually kind of rude about it. They sell the screw, but they seemed bothered about selling me one since I didn’t buy my glasses there? It’s a screw. I could have done the work myself. I’ll just go out if my way to LensCrafters.

  Worst customer service ever- making excuses not to return my glasses - trying to send me to other stores to return my glasses and the manager is hiding away to try to avoid my return! Very rude!!
