  I absolutely love the energy in this store! Always so welcoming, inviting and soo friendly.. non judgemental whatsoever! HUGE THANKS to ELIZA !!!! She was so helpful and so patient with me. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and gave me options and suggestions. I absolutely loved her customer service!!! Thank you!!!!

  My experience at Michael Kors was disappointing due to the consistently rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Their lack of courtesy and customer service standards made my visit unpleasant. Elizabeth was the sole exception—she was professional, attentive, and demonstrated the level of service expected from the brand. I doubt I will return to this store.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered boots IN THE STORE and had them shipped to me. I went back to the store to get just a bag so I could gift them. They were SO RUDE and told me only I I purchased in the store. I did purchase in the store and they refused to give me a bag. I even offered to pay for it. They were really rude. Coach and Kate spade have way better associates.

  Staff is so rude. I bought boots in store and they refused to give me a gift bag. Even when I offered to purchase they refused even thought they automatically give you one when you buy something in store. Awful awful customer service.
