Their lack of courtesy and customer service standards made my visit unpleasant. Elizabeth was the sole exception—she was professional, attentive, and demonstrated the level of service expected from the brand. I doubt I will return to this store.

They were SO RUDE and told me only I I purchased in the store. I did purchase in the store and they refused to give me a bag. I even offered to pay for it. They were really rude. Coach and Kate spade have way better associates.
