Needless to say, we left and bought a ring somewhere else! Don’t shop here, manager and assistant manager are not transparent at all! They tell you one thing and then say something different in person! If I could give 0 stars I would! Never shopping there again all because of these two employees! Very disappointed!

The ring came back & looks brand new! Hubby bought this 22 years ago. THIS is the place to buy an engagement/wedding ring.

We purchased our rings in March and by July, my ring had lost its shape and a diamond had fell out. I did purchase the Peace of Mind package so I took it back to Robbin Brothers for repairs. After sending it back to their vendor, I was told that they couldn’t repair it due to the damage and that I had to spend $1000 for a replacement ring. I have no idea how this was damaged when I just had it on my finger. I escalated this to corporate and filed a complaint with the BBB and corporate just regurgitated what their vendor said and did not try to help at all. Very disappointed in this store and the bad quality jewelry they sold me. I had planned on purchasing more jewelry from here but now I would never come back to this store. I wish I would have never came here. It was an utter waste of money and this company doesn’t stand by their products.

Liz is the sales rep that I go to everytime I want to purchase something from Robins Brothers. The store itself is beautiful. The customer service is exceptional and the prices are reasonable.
