They called my brother, followed directions, dropped the gift off at his door-step and my brother was surprised on his wedding day. Friendly and kind staff answered the phone. Would recommend for a same day surprise kind of gift! Just note they close for an hour for lunch so if they don't answer, they're probably on break.
