- TTTj4 days ago5.0Today I visited DSW store #29187 in Torrance/Westgate location, and I want to recognize the outstanding service I received. I am currently temporarily disabled and unable to bend easily, walk quickly, or pick items up from the floor. An associate named Janet G went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me select shoes that fit both my needs and my budget, and she kindly picked up several boxes that I could not reach myself. Despite the store being busy and dealing with shoes left on the floor by other customers, Janet handled everything with professionalism and care. She was clearly doing double and even triple duty, yet still took the time to make sure I was comfortable and helped. I also want to acknowledge the manager, Francisco, who sets a great example by supporting his staff and working on Saturdays to assist customers like me. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and dedication!
