She welcomed me right away and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans without making me feel rushed or pressured. She explained the different fits and stretch options and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. You can tell she really cares about helping customers feel confident in what they’re buying. Even when the store got busy, she stayed positive, patient, and professional. Because of Neyra, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! I waited in line for about 10 minutes just to pick up my order, and no one acknowledged me. It was frustrating to see staff chatting instead of assisting customers. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
