  Sadly customer service is NOT what it used to be. A cashier told me defiantly that aerie can only accept returns with a physical receipt. Cannot look up by emailed receipt, phone nunber; aerie app etc. Not true: its not the early 2000s. After she buzzed her manager, her boss said yes, they can look up by my phone number etc. When i politely asked to speak to a manager the manager grimaced at me while i spoke and kept cutting me off saying the cashier was new and not thoroughly trained. Yikes!

  Came here with my sister in law who was visiting from South America. Many people greeted us, but Melanie stood out. Melanie helped us find the jeans my SIL needed, switching her language to Spanish as soon as she realized we were speaking another language! Other employees were very helpful but I didn’t catch their names. Super organized store, quick checkout process, nice lighting in the fitting rooms.

  Everyone greets you with a smile, and they’re very helpful! The clothes are comfortable too, so I’ll definitely be going back.
