  My 26 years old autistic son loves this place and has spent his weekends enjoying food, walking around the mall since 2015. Recently, he played with a hand soap at LUSH store and the store called the mall security to ban from the store. It was unfortunate for him being autistic and not understanding the consequences of his wrong-doing. More unfortunately, the mall management banned him from the mall, not only from LUSH store. This is the FACT! If we are proud of ourselves well educated, civilized, diversified community, treating people equally… or whatever you call it, it is not true for this mall management. The guy banned us has “I don’t care” attitude. I tried to explain to him that people with autism are not normal and what my son did wrong was playing with a soap at LUSH store, it was not a crime, he was not hurting anybody, he was not stealing things for more 10 years here… but all this guy said “I don’t care!” What did he care? Seriously, he is working for the mall which is “customer services” business. If the customers are NOT coming to the mall, does he still have his job? I believe that he is not the mall manager because his “I don’t care” attitude. All managers should care about people, especially people with disability. I just hope that the mall management/owner considers replacing him with better person soon to make the mall better place for everybody including autistic people and Asian people like us! Otherwise, the mall should post the sign “No Autistic/Asian People Are Allowed” so that people like us can comply!

  The mall is big and indoor. BUT, the stores are kind of outdated and they should get some new stores in the inside. The mall also has an outdoor area which is nice and most of the stores are newer than the inside. The vibe is great outside and better than the inside.

  There are many stores here and restaurants and it's an amazing place that people are so friendly there's even an escape room there and it's just really nice very clean very well kept up

  Watch you bill. Bought an iPad yesterday. And found out afterwords that The customer service person Decided that it was OK to sign the documents for me and he signed that it was OK for a $25 charge on my account and he also added the P360 protection on the iPad at a charge of $16 a month that he specifically asked me about and I completely denied it because I will put it on my AppleCare program so just watch your bill this place is crooked. It was an older gentleman I would say probably 60-65+ I’m reporting this the Better Business Bureau as well
