I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience and very poor customer service. CYNTHIA, the manager, does not respect customers rights to return a pair of sunglasses that was just recently purchased way within my 90 day return policy and sunglasses exactly as they were sold to me by this location. Letty, a sunglass hut sales associate, initially helped me and I told her I was there to return the Ray-ban (not polarized) sunglasses I recently purchased because I prefer polarized ones instead. Letty looked at the sunglasses & placed them up to the light to make sure they were in perfect condition and because they were she processed the return. However, CINTHIA, the manager, came over and looked at the sunglasses and said there was a scratch. She told me in a rude way I could not return them and she wanted to give me a 1-800 #. You see, it’s not that there was a scratch or ANYTHING wrong with the sunglasses, it’s just that CYNTHIA did not want me to return them (of course, they would be losing money by me returning them). Letty, sales associate, NEVER told me about anything wrong with the sunglasses. After a discussion of why I told CYNTHIA she was going to return my sunglasses she told me only this time she would do it. I told her she completely lost me as a costumer and will NEVER shop at this location again!! Sadly, it looks like she is the type of person that likes to make up stories and should not be working as a manager as she does not care about her customers.
