There’s multiple registers and when I asked to return something she didn’t assist me. Minutes later she’s at a register assisting another person. Ridiculous.

She rudely cut me off telling me someone would be up. The only reason I went through with my purchase was the girl who came up Erica, was sweet. The manager on duty LARS, was RUDE….rude….rude

Every employee I've come by has been super sweet and helpful, the store's selection is always adorable, there's frequent sales all the time, and the design for the front of the store entrance is really cute! Aerie outdid themselves with this one!
