  At the Nordstrom Rack, I found a pair of Levi’s jeans in the clearance section clearly marked $48, but when they scanned them they rang up $74. The manager, Heather, refused to honor the price even though the tag was already on the item when I picked it up. Customers shouldn’t be responsible for store tagging mistakes.   Heather was extremely professional and helpful at the register. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant and her positive attitude genuinely made my time there better. Great customer service all around.

  Everyone is really nice and very helpful, I use to go to the Woodland Hills location but this is now my favorite store

  I love how in the follow ups to the ratings, they just apologize for the experience… but can please fix it? Clearly, the management of the store is sub-optimal and dysfunctional, felt by many, reflected in the 2-star overall rating. Besides apologizing, can you please list out some measurable action items to improve the experience, Karina?
