  I walked in today at 12 noon and I asked for Chris. Great gentlemen he helped me out and made me feel very good. What I was looking for like a very special client. I felt like a very special man. He knew what I was talking about. He showed me a couple of few boots and we finally find one that they fit on my feet cause I have a small feet. I’m so happy to buy this pair. I can’t wait to come back again for another pair in three days, they should put a warning label on the boots because they’re very beautiful nice and I think I’m coming back for another pair thank you Chris. I appreciate your help and I can’t wait to get another pair soon in the next three days when I come back in town. I they recommend a lot of people to come and check the store out. Don’t be shy. as soon as I walked in the office had a lot of good impressive look at my boots wow 😵🥊

  AMAZING experience!!! I went to Ariat last weekend and the staff and store are top notch! The customer service was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!! I hope I get everyone’s names right here & sorry if I don’t, but I wanted to personally mention them. Thank you to Meg who was incredibly helpful (and patient) while I figured out what boots I liked best. She really helped me pick out the best ones for me. Also a big thank you to Nicole who helped me pick out some hats and really helped me get the right fit and style. And lastly a big thanks to Brennan who helped carry out my purchases to my car. The store was well kept and well stocked and the staff really went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back!!

  Stopped by during my trip and found some really cool jeans. Great quality and good selection. Staff was super nice and helpful too. Glad I checked it out.

  Level of service was terrible, first and last time there. Regardless of your spending $50 or $500 service should be provided. This is why the brink and mortar stores are closing. I walked back into store to try to purchase a hat again, and once again no service. Called and spoke to Jennifer the manager and she was more concerned on where I was standing on the sales floor than the concern of having 5 associates and no service. Purchase online save your gas money and time.
